Data Application
The purpose of this is to show the steps that the carer employee would follow to complete their tasks by checking clients’ information, Mar sheets, the location of care and more, as well as keeping up to date with the care from other carer employees in that area.
Login and Out screen
The screen gets the needed information by placing your carer ID and password to login.
Care Worker Profile
This would be the place to display the information on the carer rota and if any e-learning training needs to be completed, as well as the specific carer’s ID barcode.
Rota
This is where the care workers rota would be displayed, this will show the clients home address location, extra information, the type of visit and the time I’m with also show the finished sign page.
Client Profile
As with the rota page, this page also shows the location, the additional information tap, but it also shows today’s tasks and carer notes in a simplified format.
Carer Notes
Caregivers can use the carer notes to add information to the client’s record if they need any further information on the progress of the patient. Additionally, you can click on the image of the care worker that has posted, and it will display the care worker’s work email address and phone number, so that you have more options to contact them.
Today's Tasks
This is where the tasks for that client will be addressed if it is completed, prompted or refused with some added extras just to cover every base on the tasks.
The Menu
Menu is very basic but does not need to be overly complex anyway. Here, you can access your profile and rota quickly. If you have any problems, you can click on admin support or once you’ve finished, you can log off.
Admin Support
This is the admin support page with a variety of ways to contact them. You can see that the live chat is active, but you can also see who is actually an admin.
