4. Mutual Resolution: Disputes may be fully resolved by mutual agreement to separate ways, under the condition that the client pays 80% of the full quoted work. Both parties agree to refrain from slander, defamation, or any negative discussion regarding the dispute and shall not disclose the matter to any third parties. This provision allows both parties to move on without further engagement or conflict.
5. Rights and Actions: JARRID LAWSON retains the right to take any actions deemed necessary in response to the situation. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to discontinue services with no further obligations should the terms of this agreement not be honoured.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
